We are still considering if there will be a camp for summer 2020. In light of COVID 19, we are taking into consideration the health and safety of our children. If you would like to be notified of summer camp, please email tttspot@optonline.net.

Your child can celebrate their birthday with their classmates. Please discuss any plans with your child’s teacher. Again, no peanuts are permitted in the school. Please make sure anything you bring doesn’t contain peanuts.

We also want to minimize the amount of sugar children eat. If you bring a cake, we recommend a juice with no sugar or no added sugar. And we discourage goodie bags loaded with candy.

There really isn’t a need for your child to bring personal items (toys or jewelry) to school unless they are having a show-and-tell in their classroom. We don’t want their things to be broken or lost.

If your child is sick, please keep them home. This prevents the spreading of germs to other children and staff. Your child must be fever free 24 hours. They must stay home 24 hours when sent home with diarrhea.

If they are absent 3 or more days, they must have a doctor’s note indicating they can return to school.

The children enrolled in the preschool program wear uniforms (September – June).

Boys wear light blue, navy blue, yellow or white shirts or knit polo’s and khaki or navy-blue pants.

Girls wear light blue, navy blue, yellow or white Peter Pan blouse or knit polo. And khaki or navy-blue jumper, skort or pants.

All children may wear sneakers or dark shoes with white or black socks. No flip flops, open toes or high heels.

We participate in the Department of Agriculture’s Child and Adult Care Food Program. We serve breakfast (8-8:50 am), lunch (11:30 am – 12n) and an afternoon snack (2:30 – 3:15 pm). All families must complete the CACFP application; which is done at the time of enrollment.

All meals meet the nutritional requirements as defined by DOA. You may visit their website for more information on meal patterns: https://www.fns.usda.gov/cacfp/meals-and-snacks.

We are a “peanut free” facility. No foods or beverages that contain peanuts are permitted in the facility.

Yes, we do accept financial assistance. However, parents are responsible for completing the application for assistance. The application can also be completed in our office.
